At More Than Diecast, we offer calculated shipping rates at checkout to ensure you receive the most accurate and fair pricing based on your location and order size.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight, and destination.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Time:
Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Preorders:
Items marked as preorder will ship once inventory is received from the manufacturer. Release dates may change, and delays can occur outside of our control.
We recommend checking back on the product page as the release date approaches for the most up-to-date information.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may split your order into multiple shipments. In-stock items may ship immediately, while preorder items will ship separately once available. If you prefer to have your entire order shipped together, your order will be held until all items are in stock and ready to ship.
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
