Refund policy

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. All return requests must be submitted within this window — no exceptions.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Prior approval is required before returning any item
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on any items sold as "Factory Sealed" to preserve collectible integrity.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.

Order Cancellations No cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed.

Store Pickup Store pickup orders are not eligible for cancellation. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
